Instructional Designers - Use proven methodology and instructional design principles to help you achieve the agreed upon instructional and performance goals
- Analyze audience, tasks, learning environment and any special requirements
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and managers to establish instructional objectives
- Create scripts/storyboards and develop instructional curricula and assessments
- Conduct usability tests and evaluate developed courseware relative to design goals
- May participate in evaluating post-implementation effectiveness
WBT/CBT Designers/Developers – Create the content needed to translate the instructional design defined in the script/storyboard into effective courseware
- Gather, analyze, classify, and format information based on its purpose
- Create effective interface, interaction, visual, navigation, and functional design
- Effectively engage and promote interaction among learners to maximize interest, retention, and application of skills or concepts using various authoring tools
- Ensure that learning objects are highly usable, meaningful, clear, and intuitive
- Support instructional designers in evaluating content relative to targeted learning objectives and ensuring the learner's mastery of each objective
Technical Writers/Editors/Information Architects – Ensure that documents and information delivery systems are highly usable, meaningful, clear, and intuitive. Team resources are assigned as required to support process documentation, content conversion, information mapping, marketing promotion and other functions requiring professional written communication and editorial skills:
- Analyze information, organize, and develop content based on how information is used
- Communicate and analyze the audience and purpose of the document
- Interview experts; research and examine relevant information
- Document concepts, functions, or processes clearly and precisely
- Edit and refine documents for optimal results and impact
Client Satisfaction Representatives - Deliver experienced implementation and technical support that covers all areas of service required to assure your success. Assist you in planning, promoting, and executing your training initiative:
- Provide a Single Point of Contact focused on your business and training objectives
- Support your success from design and delivery to launch planning, promotion, implementation support, and assessment
- Offer experienced problem solving and trouble-shooting abilities along with friendly, personal service and genuine commitment to your success
- Provide instruction and support to your training administrators
Trainer/Learning Facilitators - ensure maximum knowledge transfer and retention of key concepts, skills, or processes in conducting instructor-led or blended-learning programs
- Analyze and interact with the audience to create relevant/engaging learning experiences
- Use a variety of effective presentation methods and interactive techniques
- Evaluate and report session results including learner feedback on value/effectiveness
